They turned me away, said my truck was too wide for the wash.

Great, near your stomping grounds or elsewhere?
Kent Island? Red Eye or Crab deck? Chap's? Johnny's? So many great place to meet and eat? Looking forward to it.

Great advice on the seat covers. Had no idea they were that expensive! I was figuring they’d be in the $1-$2k range.

Not looking forward to another ice storm here in Southern MD. I'd prefer snow if we're going to get some winter precip.

I got clazzio’s as well and couldn’t be happier. Had the katzkin’s in my 4 runner and were a pain the ass. The clazzios are great - and you can remove them to sell when ready (with the cloth interior being preserved as well).

I'm done with winter. Had my fill of snow and cold. Spring can't get here fast enough.

Love snow but this garbage we have been experiencing is annoying. Either don't snow or dump 3 feet. The in between ice is aggravating.

So seeing that OVTune has said that they are hoping to get the updated tunes out this weekend for all the 5.7s, would anyone be interested in getting the tune done? A buddy of mine has all of the OVTune flashing components and regularly does the tunes for Tacomas in the area.

I don't know too much about ovtunes. I do know the 3rd gen tacoma guys use it to "fix" their transmission shifting "issues"

    Baseline mapping

The shifting issues are part of it, but there is throttle response to be had and some power as well (at least for the Tacomas; haven't experienced their Tundra flash yet)

I had a 2017 Tacoma V6. I can attest to the bad shifting. The Tundra is much better out of the box. No complaints.

I got hit with a huge piece of flying ice today on the highway. TAKE THE EXTRA 10 MINS AND CLEAR OFF THE ICE ON YOUR ROOFS!!!!!
Do any of y'all know of a decent place for me to take this to for an insurance estimate? The A/C condenser has shards of plastic lodged in it, and the horn and hood latch are damaged as well.

Whoa that sucks......we’re you able to track down whose car it flew off of? That’s something I see every day on my commute and it pisses me off.....take 5 extra minutes to respect your fellow drivers and stay safe

Well I got up behind them and grabbed a photo (of course it was lousy quality) and they sped off... I guess maybe I'll look into doing the sequoia trd pro grille conversion now!

Take it to a Toyota dealership to ensure you get OEM parts put back in. If you take elsewhere, make sure they are using OEM and not cheap aftermarket.

Anyone local have a cap on their Tundra? Been missing having a cap lately. I had a Leer on my Ranger that was crap, but it was so useful. Been tossing around the idea of putting one on my Tundra.

So I'm close to pulling the trigger on a diamondback cover but haven't actually seen one up close. Wondering if anyone in the Frederick area has one and might be willing to let me take a look?

I put on an ARE V Series when I got my Tundra this summer. It’s great for what I use the truck for (hauling dogs and road trips).
