    Just the way I brought er home... Transformation into the Gray Ghost starting soon!... 275/65/18 KO2's waiting in the garage, Black Rhino Warlords in Gunmetal Grey arriving today or monday, Bilstein 5100's here in a week for the front. Debating on whether to go with Black Pro Grille or Plastidip the Platinum grille... I think that'll look pretty bad ass! Gonna Plastidip the badges and get rid of the rest of the chrome soon...Just the beginning of a long list of mods planned... this site will be the death of me (or at least an accomplice when my wife murders me)20170323_153600.jpg

    Toytec Boss lift, Black Rhino Warlords wheels, 295/70/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, SDHQ Sliders, RBP grill, color matched surround and bulge, Kendwood head unit.
    I did my SR5 grill with a flat black, looks the same as Plastidip, and I love it. As a bonus, its next to no work to get there.

    Looks great! Just a flat black spray paint? I assume you took the grille out to paint it? Easy to get in and out? I haven't actually researched how to do it yet...

    Ya, used some Rustoleum matte paint. I had it out while I tried to color match the surround and hump.

    Degreased, roughed it up with sand paper, washed, decreased, couple self etch primer coats, then several coats of the black. I let it set for a few days and tried to scratch it. It's tough.

    Edit. The black is hated on for not being true black. It's a tad green, but matches our ABS bumpers super well.

    I had them thrown in with the deal when I bought the truck, but Toyota Canada lists them at $735 Canadian...
