    My favorite trip of 2021
Crossed at Mexicali and went all the way down to Cabo. Surfed all along the coast and at one point didn't shower for about 5 days. It was epic haha.

sweet photos and build thread. A real inspiration. I share the same vehicle too! Could you share how you decided to choose your particular bumpers? Seems like many good options out there and wanted to get your advice~! If you could start with only 2 pieces of armor, what would you start with? sliders and rear bumper?

    thank youu
All you really need if you do some light offroading to get started are some good sliders and skid plates. you don’t really need front and rear bumpers until you start taking the tundra on some harder trails.
But I’d recommend rear bumpers just because it can act as a 2nd place for storing gear whether it’s gas tanks, trasharoos, water, storage box.

Here’s my new set up for my rear. I added a storage box to store all my kitchenware and recovery gear.
