Could be better, trying to track down a $30k shipment that was supposed to arrive in CA on Wednesday for an event Sunday. God damn freight this year has been a headache to say the least.

sorry to hear about the scratch, and that is amazing that the Rock potentially got you out of a ticket.
Best part of my day was coming out of the shop and seeing this sitting there waiting for me.

New member here, traded in my Tacoma and ended up with the 21 PRO in lunar rock! late in the year not much inventory, and living in Maine I dont have many options. you know with that great big ocean to my east. So I ended up in N.H. after only a few weeks of looking. I got lucky, left work early on a friday. The dealer had it listed in transit, it had just hit the showroom floor. they asked about a test drive. I told them no need, msrp and a hand shake. THEN...... they tell me about a market adjustment. $5000. We shook hands! They say we cannot sell it at that price. After some choice words on my part I paid the $5000, but I got remote start, the spray on frame coating, bed liner, RB20's, extended warranty, all at $.01 Id say it worked out I would have ended up getting all those things anyway. It could be worse... this dealer in N.J. has a $15,000 market adjustment! $71,142

Truck tint day, finally had time and wife/kids/life time to drop off the truck. Ended up going with suntek cir 15% all around (will make the back closer to a 5%) , and 70% windshield.

 

Picked up my Lunar Rock DC last night!!
Paid MSRP which I've never done but i wanted the LR and seeing the 22's pushed me to find one. Found a dealer with one inbound immediately gave a CC and 3 weeks later they called and said it was in

Ive bought my previous 4 Toyotas at invoice but with seeing some dealers charging 5K + over msrp I jumped on it.

They gave me a what I considered a fair trade on my 16 DC PRO too!

 

shes looking good now, ready for summer when it comes back hah.

The having another vehicle and not running out to replace the truck would make the offer pretty tempting.

I would only take that offer if I could trade in for a 22 pro today but I wouldn’t sell it outright.

but by the time the pro is delivered that offer prob won’t be around

 

Also makes it hard because the longer you have the truck, the more you do it closing in that gap of profit lol, and or the extra work of putting it back to stock.

 

I’ve been watching pricing and trends and kbb offer has gone up $2k since I bought mine in September lol

 

Just ran the numbers. Still wouldn’t sell mine today even for 69k

 

I’d pick my kids up in a power wheels if I could sell mine for $69k.

 

Mine was a bare bones Pro (literally zero options) and was $54,995 after transportation. I had the dealer add almost $3k of options because I wanted to make sure they were going to sell to me so those options + taxes and I’m about $61.5k all in. I love that damn thing so much I don’t think I could sell it even at current CA kbb prices because it’s exactly what I was hoping it would be after never owning a Pro prior and not seeing LR paint in person except on a RAV4 (still haven’t seen another LR Tundra driving between Idaho and CA yet) Nope it’s a keeper, sorry!!

Finally got a good picture. 35x12.5 KO2's with the Westcott F&R TRD lift kit.

No wheel spacers
No rubbing after removing mud flaps

 

Looks great! I had to put bumper shims in mine, but I have a +25 offset. I also had to tuck the front bumper liner up and in.

 

I tried very hard to get a Lunar Rock in double cab but I failed. I got one of the last Pro's built on Friday in MGM and I love it. I got it at MSRP with no dealer fees so I feel good about the deal.
