I'm not much of a planner. I just go where I want :D my atlas gets used thoroughly. I typically just load all the toys and pick a direction based on the weather. I'll probably spend most of October in Southern Utah and the 4 corners area. There's some resorts and volcanos in the pnw I've wanted to ski, plus tons of hot springs, so I'll probably head that way when winter kicks up and through the spring.

    Thanks. 295/70/18 KM3s

I'll definitely look into it. I'm looking at different options but I like this one

I like the limited finish on them. You can always get them in bronze is you choose to go with gram lights again.

How about that midnight blue-ish color, I saw Work S1HC in blue and it was a nice combo, further up in this thread there was a truck that had set of red Fuel wheels and it looked decent, reminds me of my old E39.

Those work wheels are not available in our lug pattern otherwise I would be all over them.

Just watched the 2022 reveal videos on Youtube. Not to dump in the 2022 thread, but, man. I'm glad I have my 2021 LR. Lord willing it'll be decades until I'm looking for another truck. Guess if I had to I'd take a 2022 1794 TRD offroad, but I'd search another 2021 LR first.

I think the platinum with a grille swap or 1794 is the best looking all around.

but I’m keeping my 21. If the TRD Pro was optional non hybrid I would consider but I’m either gas or electric, not both.

Yeah with the Pro being both sounds like you could have a lot of issues. I will be keeping my LunaRock.

When they released them, I was hoping they would do the asterism color on them.

Those would look good- custom PCD order maybe?

At first I was so glad I got the 21 too, but I actually really like the new Tundra. I plan to keep my LR 21, and get a voodoo blue(or equivalent color) Pro when they come out with that one. I love the simplicity of the 21 but the tech features are great on the new one and those ventilated seats! lol

I hope Toyota keep using the pastel-ish colors but it seems like they might be moving metallic based on the 2022 pro color offerings.

I like the new one. It’s growing on me but would have to do a platinum TRD off road or sport. I’m not a fan of hybrid powertrains so new TRD pro is out.

The 2022 SR5 is also a good looking truck. Has color matching bumpers, fenders, etc… I like all the upgrades just the exterior takes a little getting used to.

I’ll keep my LR at least another year or two. Let the hype and covid lay down then maybe pick a 2023-2024 one up.

Can't tell when it was released, I came across them while window shopping.

I think they'll do well on the new tundra, the interior on trd pro was bit intense, but I can imagine a sport with more classy interior be really popular.

Toyota traditionally doesn’t offer TRD OR or Sport as an option on platinum trim. Sport on SR5 only, and TRD OR on SR5, Limited, and 1794.

So I have a dumb question. Does anybody have paint protection film on their lunar rock? You know how lunar rock can appear a little different in various lights..... Does the PPF affect this/the color in certain lights? I'm also getting it ceramic coated. Do you think the combo of PPF and ceramic will affect the color? Thank you in advance

I have PPF over the entire front hood & face of the truck, haven't noticed any difference at all.

On a related note, I drop my kids off at school in the morning with my truck, and seems like every day some parent compliments the color.

Yea. Mine is PPF all front, hood as well as side mirrors and you can’t tell any difference from the rest of the paint on the truck (it all looks great!) but I should have had them run it up the A-pillar on the Driver’s side as I already caught a small stone there… Didn’t take long for my truck to be a truck!

Got her cleaned up last night. Then put the tactillian magnet flags on her when I got home today.

I had a Voodoo Blue Pro for almost 3 years, then sold it in May for more than I paid for it. I looked everywhere for a Lunar Rock but couldn’t find one so I settled for White. I contacted the dealer I bought from about a month later with a random question and I was told they just got allocated a LR and hadn’t put it online yet. So, I put a deposit on it, traded in the white one on a Tesla, and picked up my 3rd Pro Tundra in a few months a couple weeks ago.

I think I’m up to double digits in Pros I’ve bought for myself or found for friends and family. It’s a bit of a hobby/obsession.

Thank you for the response. That's too bad about the chip on your pillar. I've asked for both pillars to be done as well.

I can count on both hands the number of compliments I've gotten on my truck. In a year. Apparently the double cab doesn't have many fans in my area, or the assumption is that it's not my truck. My dad drove it once and got a compliment in about 30 seconds at the gas station :angrygirl:

I’ve gotten tons of compliments from people on my truck. Just random people at gas stations most of the time. More in less than a year than I got in 8 years owning my ram 1500

Ceramic is being done at the dealer. I know it's not the greatest to have them do it but it's my only option. That is $1295 Canadian. Haven't got a quote yet for the PPF

Anyone else running/thinking of getting flares? I think this is the only one I've seen on a LR.

My tires stick out quite a bit so I'm considering these OEM ones or Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender (https://www.bushwacker.com/product-detail/BWR30919-02/fender-flares-extend-a-fender-style-4pc no pocket holes). I like Pro Comp but I'm not cutting up the truck lol

    Thoughts?
