Ever since we let the third gens in and we moved groups it’s died down…..

Hah, but really it has slowed down, and I think the thread being moved didn’t help, it’s a lot harder to find now then when it was in the 2.5 area as the thread stayed on the first page easier so those that didn’t have watch selected or had never visited before were able to find it to chat.

Looks good. I need to wash mine. Yesterday I caught my kids writing their names on the doors in the dirt that had accumulated. Little bastards.

Been putting off the wash because it just won't stop raining.

Man that sucks. I’ve told my kids multiple times they do not touch the paint of the our vehicles. No drawing in dirt, and shut the door by the handle. They know drawing in the dirt or dust can badly scratch the clear coat, so they’re really good about not messing with it.

They’re outdoors a lot, very rough around the edges kind of kids, and they are DIRTY every day come bedtime. I wouldn’t have it any other way, but man, just don’t touch the truck, lol.

More like finding tires in stock! Just put Falken AT3W on the 4runner, I'm amazed at how everything just improved with the tires, so been looking to replace the skinny 35s on mine with AT3W, no one has them in Canada so it looks like I'm going to bite the bullet and order from TireRack.

Just minor lunar rock content, I originally wanted white, still think it looks good.

    LMAO

I got sliders installed on mine. If all works out, I will be towing about 5 hours one way with it this weekend. I'm excited to see how it does.

    Thanks!

Well, that looks so nice. The renders Toyota uses on their site always makes their colors look weird. I hope you get it.

It’s all they have . I’m not wasting 2+ hours to sit in it

I’ve driven the non hybrid platinum and have a deposit on a hybrid platinum but wanted to see the characteristics of the TRD suspension on road and try the hybrid powertrain would be a plus

“We can get in it and turn it on”

There is a line out the door and around the block for that truck. Someone is going to buy it for however much they want to sell it for. Even if it has a few 3-mile test drives on it.

He was probably like “lol 80k”

Wow over $100k I can’t see it - Even at $83k it is excessive - that’s over $90k here in CA where mine was just under $60k out the door… I’ll buy an external solar panel and plug it in for some extra ponies and save the 30k!!

Anyone running bags to help with the sag when towing?

Other than that, the truck has done well with about 5 hours of towing. Still have 2-3 to go.

I have been away for a while since I've been over on the Cat Theft forum here on the main sight. Witnessed a Prius almost getting boosted in broad daylight in Irvine, CA a while back and haven't driven my truck from the house since, and I'm waiting for shields to arrive for protection. That was two months ago! Crazy.

Recently saw a 2021 LR TRD Pro in Newport Beach, CA. Someone found one to buy!!! Love it, except I'm not the only one around anymore.

    Hope you are all well.

been busy at work, but popped in to see what everyone is up to.

My @Caliraisedled sliders are not wearing well at all. One winter in and there are multiple rust spots in the powder coat, tried leaving a review on their site but of course they don't allow bad reviews.

They are also creaky as hell! this is my first set of actual sliders, I've had steps in the past, but man they creak and crack over every bump. Maybe its normal? IDK, I've always had just steps on my last trucks.

Anyway glad to see some updates on here. happy summer!

Not much truck excitement in my life at the moment. Against better judgement I found a set of Michelin take offs with 100 miles for 700 bucks and installed them to remedy my flat. I should have gone up a burly factor or two, but I'm pleased with the mileage and performance of the stock tires and the price was right.

Cats are getting stolen with increasing frequency in my area so I'm back to seriously considering a plate to hide them. Anyone find a solution they are really pleased with?

Took a break from all the driving and rafted the grand canyon this month. Still have snow in the forecast though. Job contract is done as of today, so I'm headed out for a few weeks of camping and wandering after the holiday weekend. Hopefully I can find some dry trails and hot springs!
