That looks great! They got the description of it all wrong on their in-game announcement of it though. They call it a “hybrid” …

I’m actually just more curious where it was at. I’ve had two people message me to sell me theirs. Normally I would have jumped but since I’m confirmed on my lightning with no markup I’m thinking the EV route will be long term.

    Nice and Congrats Oatmeal!!

You got a better truck in Feb of ‘22 than most ‘22 owners did - just reference some of the threads on here regarding the ‘22s and how unhappy folks are… We are all very happy ‘21 LR Pro owners so welcome to the club. We may have a straggler ‘22 LR owner or two on here as well but haven’t seen/heard much on how those new trucks are doing lately…?
Even at $6/gal here outside of the San Diego area I proudly drive mine everyday and twice on Sunday!!!

What battery pack are you getting? I really like the new hummer, but the charge system in Canada is frustrating to say the least for non teslas

I got the lariat ER with the 131 kW.

I love the new hummer and might look into it in a few years but GM is reverse releasing it. Most expensive model first and cheapest last. Im not ready to drop $120k on a GM right now

I feel like EVs are just not ready. Hurts to watch this video. No trip odometer for the rivian is a joke. Your paying about $1+ loaded and 11 cents unloaded per mile. From the video 35 cents per kWh. Charging from your home is half to a quarter less. I just drove from montana, took me a tank and a half. 16ish mpg @790 miles taking 13 hours. 28 cents a mile @ 4.50 a gallon (a year ago that was half )

Waiting to charge would drive me nuts. EVs are good around town otherwise you will always look for a charge and claim your never worried about charging like my friend. He would go missing in his Tesla for an hour to go charge.

I bet those motors loaded are hot. Resale value of ev? I have no idea. But the ford will probably do worse because it will weighs more. Being the guinea pig for ford would scare me. The eco boost hybrid seems better to me.

Costs me $0.11-$0.12 per kW to charge. Lightning gets around 2-3 miles per kWh. So it's about $0.06 a mile to charge at home. I do around 90% of my driving in the city where I got 10.9 mpg in the TRDP pro and I get 14-15mpg in the F150. It's going to be way cheaper to operate for majority of my driving.

I agree with you for around town use. The lightning is just so expensive and somewhat limiting. Cool for running power tools.

I will say that if the EV credit doesn’t go through it might be a tough sell for me. With the ev credit it puts it at $72k which is $6k more expensive than the Tundra Platinum and cheaper than the Model Y performance .

and with city driving as my majority I’d get to rip that mid 4 second 0-60 all day every day lol

I wonder how the wind noise will be in an ev truck. I always loved the instantaneous passing power in EVs. Takes a lot of ponies to match.

It is amazing how expensive the new tundra are and I hope whatever you go with works out.

It has been a while since I have posted. I lost my 2015 back in August. Bruce as my kids called it put up a good fight disabling the semi-truck but sustained $30,000 in damage.
On September 30, 2021 I took delivery of "Luther". A 2021 TRD PRO in Lunar Rock. I was not sure of the color till I saw it on the truck in person sitting on the hauler. The next day I drove him home.
Sorry for the delay in posting.

No doubt! He had a 2” Ready Lift on his though. It sat a bit higher…
I’ll be getting my CoachBuilder kit added in less than a month. Can’t wait. These trucks look great lifted even higher than they already are.
