Still connected, it was working fine one day, then BAM, drops like a rock, I check the strut, no leak, but is there some sort of spring mechanism that's connect to it? I can't quite tell.

Kinda cool how this color always looks different depending on lighting. How well does it hide dust? I normally go with metallic silver to hide dust better.

I've had silver on one of my tundras. i think the silver hides about the same as this. hard to say. maybe a slight edge to the silver since the metallic flakes distract from the dust.

Yeah, $68k is just where it's going to start. We'll have to see the options, but I'm betting most are $72-75k before ADM. In FL, that's $80k+ OTD with taxes, fees, etc. Literally $20k more than I paid for my 21 OTD. Crazy money.

I do like the truck though. Not ruling out one in the future once we know more about their reliability and such.

The new pro is only being offered in crewmax and short bed though right? The LR pro double cabs just keep getting rarer and rarer! How much mpg will I lose driving in bubble wrap?

The best part is I cleaned them up just to get all the grease from the tire install off them, but when dirty/dusty they look even better, like a flat darker color. Versus when the black ones get dirty, they just look dirty. All around happy with the change.

I am. Rims and stock tires have 923 miles on them. Pm me if interested, I’ve got to clean them up but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with any of it, but of course got to snap photos and inspect to say for sure, you never know from the removal and hauling home etc.

I got my sitting in storage still. Having trouble parting with them even though I love the bronze so much

I’m not parting with mine this time. From last experience when I had my 2020 AG 4runner Pro.

I was going to keep them, but honestly if I switched out of the bronze it would be to get a bigger tire and require different offset and probably a 18x9 rim, so still would probably end up holding them for years for nothing.

Yeah I’m on 35s 18x9 +25, so really I’d only be holding them to put it back to stock. Not that I plan on selling kit anytime soon…I’ll probably get rid of them this summer

Exactly, I don’t plan on the truck going anywhere anytime soon, so storing them versus the couple hundred I may lose out due to not original rims is not worth the space at this point.

but I also found out 7 rims/tires fit in the bed, and the driver side back bench folded up fits a 285/60/18 tire almost flat on the floor lol.

I really like the way the Pro rims look and they make a big deal about the “Forged” part so maybe they are unique in that regard? either way I think in this case OEM is best for resale purposes but as you said if you’re not selling then no reason to keep an extra set of rims collecting dust or taking up precious garage space…

On my Tacoma I had black trd pros since the first month I bought it, so after 6 years with a white/black combo truck getting the lunar rock was out of my norm, so figured why not mix it up more with the bronze, and I’m sure liking it, way different and like the lunar rocks color changing paint with how the light hits it, the matte bronze look does the same with shade, sun, and dust/clean.

I've always wanted a LR and bronze combo for my next truck, my '17 was a stormtrooper setup. I can't wait for my '22 to arrive. This looks fantastic

Haha. It'll happen. I'm mostly having trouble finding wheels I like without a super aggressive offset. Both your Methods and now the LC Heritage wheels are on the list as well.

Installed the Yota LEDS grille lights this afternoon...here's how it looks on the Lunar Rock.

I know some people don't like them or think they're poser but now that I live in a really foggy area I wanted to add them for safety. Happy with how they turned out.
