I wipe snotty noses and change diapers for a living. Zero wiring skills. I bought a pro so I wouldn't have to do anything. Turn it on, drive it fast on dirt, rally through snow, repeat. I guess I'll stick with getting out and checking

 

The ABC camera instructions are pretty comprehensive. I've also heard good things about the FRAC harness sold by someone on here too.

Or come on up to the PNW this summer and I can help out.

 

I've got some volcanos to ski and hot springs to soak in up there so that's a real possibility

 

I don't want to brag, but I drove her through a carwash today kinda hoping that the carwash effect helps and it snows this week

 

Funny almost the exact same story hah, traded my 2015 Tacoma in at 59k miles, and have had my 21LR for about 4 months and just hit 750miles on it, my daily commute is 5 miles total hah.

 

I've got a relatively short commute too, but don't you want to go drive your truck everywhere?! I drop 750 miles in a long weekend just to go check something out because I love my truck that much

 

Oh I do, but between work, and a 3 1/2yo, and 5 1/2yo, any down time seems to be homework, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping etc.

 

I made an offer on that same truck the second it was posted and they wouldn't budge on the price. I ended up finding a white 2020 double cab in Alabama i'm flying there Saturday and driving it back to Texas. I would love to find a lunar rock for not insane mark up but I will be happy with the white one too.

 

There is one in NH for $61 with 8k miles on it

Yeah his asking price is a little much if you ask me. I’m sure he is willing to negotiate. May be more trouble than it’s worth but just wanted to throw that out there Incase anyone may be interested

$85k is crazy talk. It was listed at $75k, also crazy, a few months ago and didn't move. Not really sure what the logic is there...

 

I took mine to the dealer for the 10K mile service. When I picked it up the service writer said it’s a beautiful color and thought it was cement under the light. He said they don’t see many of those trucks in that color.

Then about 5 minutes later I’m at the truck in front of the service area and one random person came walking by and said “don’t ever ever ever ever sell that truck. Man that’s a great color.”

Like others have said it just has everything you need and the other stuff it doesn’t have is not really missed.

 

I just ordered two of the swing cases. Super excited to get em put in. Just need a bed step now.

 

IMO 75k would have been a pretty good deal, especially for everything on that truck. The tent alone is $3,500. I’m sure this isn’t the truck for everyone, but I think you’d have a hard time building this exact truck for less than that.

 

Just dropped my Pro off last night for my mechanic to put it in his garage to do state inspection today and first oil change. Was talking to him about doing the westcott lift and he was busting on me. For what you won’t have it long enough to enjoy. He knows I change vehicles a lot. But not this time I told him again I’m keeping this one. He laughed about me keeping it. Even the wife don’t believe I’m keeping it. LOL.

 

Ya I agree with VTYOTER. But did he add stuff to it to make it go from 75k to 85k.

It would be hard to find that truck plus addons (hopefully he has all the OEM stuff). It probably has icon stage 6+ (Don’t like icon and that would be deal breaker for me). He is probably trying to make money off but it is also hard for someone to pay that much to an individual person. Above 60 it usually starts getting hard and the type of person changes (IME). For 75k I would find something a little different.

 

That's always the logic and I get it, but it rarely shows up in practice. One of those things we all know when you start modifying your vehicle. You're spending the money for you, not the theoretical future buyer 99% of time.

Yeah, I saw that too. I think it was basically with the lift and wheels only. I would think that would move for $60k or so in this market.
