    I'm also looking to see if i can find the same material they use for the soft bed covers. (faux leather)
    Seems to be durable enough and water proof.
    I can cut to shape and add snaps.

    OR

    I can go with a Sunbrella canvas and add snaps as well.

    Maybe a DIY project coming up if the cost for a custom is too much..

    I emailed KB to see if they would sell me the mounting brackets they use to raise the rack a bit to accommodate a bed cover.

    I still have my "Tri-fold" soft cover i would like to still use with the bed rack

    I have bought nice upholstery vinal for boat seats at Hobby Lobby, they have it in faux leather also. Use a coupon 40% off !!

    Finally found some help installing the RTT to the rack.

    Here's a few pictures!
    Not the best pictures sorry.
    The rack leaves plenty of room for additional storage for equipment or sleeping area once i have the canvas installed.
