sooo many ney sayers about this topic...

all it takes is 2 bucks to change our entire way of life as we know it, we dont even need to part take in the pools for the tickets just participate for your own entertainment.

most of us will chose to piss away 20 bucks at starbucks, or at any fast food place or on stupid cigarettes (think of all the ones that get lit and set on a trash can or ledge by the door of a business and get wasted as incense) or on some dumb mod on our trucks (with many that will never see its intended use or purpose as they are merely for aesthetics but we still "need" them).

all of these "investments" carry a 0.0000 percent chance of changing our lives for the better, but yet we still piss it away, so to give up coffee or fast food calories or cig cancer for a week for a chance at a life beyond our basic level of comprehension seems like a good waste of money to me, and if we dont win, we would still be out 20 bucks however we would be healthier by several thousand calories or saved yourself from cig cancer and increased productivity for a few hours this week, or can actually see the road at night because you didnt "black out" the windshield and the headlights and tail lights all while wondering why said lights have crappy output and now "needs" brighter bulbs and so on so we can see at night.

all things that make you go hmmm. ;)

in closing my rant... all of the above "investment examples" carry 0% chance of wining anything. the lottery at least gives you a huge return on investment should you win and not have a heart attack when you realize you are the winner. Think about it.

Honestly I’d do a pool with you all day long brotha if it was in person :fistbump:.

I’m a bit of a skeptic sending money via PayPal over an internet conversation.

Understood if nobody wants in. I’ve received $20 from 2 other folks. That’s $60 (including my $20) worth of tickets for $20. Anything helps.

it's $2 to allow yourself to dream how you'd live your life if money was no longer a consideration.
Pretty cheap entertainment if you ask me. I don't think (or at least I hope) nobody is planning on it actually happening.

If I win you all are getting 2020 Tundra's (or whenever the redesign happens).

I’m the last person in the world that needs that kind of money. Not saying I wouldn’t take it, but I’m almost 100% positive it would ruin my life.

That’s exactly the way I feel about it. I like to pretend in my mind that I win. And what I would do with all of it. Just so that I could day dream a little bit.

I would probably start off by paying off all of my immediate familys debt. Send all the kids to college. Pay off my stepdad’s house, my grandparents house and in-laws house. I would buy some houses fix them up and rent them out. Build myself a modest house with more than one garage very nice bar and entertainment area. Maybe buy one more house up in the mountains and another out at the lake. All of them small. Then try to find the right person to help me hold onto that money and put it in the right places. Obviously my dream is a lot more detailed than that but it’s kind of the gist of it.

I’m positive that will never happen but it sure is fun to think about it!

Ok so according to usmega.com you would get a payout of $625,285,900 in MT.
Fully built out 2019 Tundra Pro's with just about every possible options is $58,741.
There are 19,898 members currently on the forum. So that will be a payout of $1,168,828,418.

Unless you have $543,542,518 million already sitting around in a bank account, i suggest that you put some stipulations on that statement. For example on those that have commented in this thread before the drawing.

I'm sure you'd have to pay "income tax" in some form and considering you'd want the truck in your name (I'm assuming) should probably leave taxes and licensing up to the person receiving the truck.

Way to ruin the fun.... Fine everyone who commented in this thread and didn't ruin the dream for everyone else :p

ooo here's a fun thought.... If say we were buying 1500 Tundras from Toyota I'm pretty sure we could probably negotiate and get to make our own special factory edition.

    Sorry :threadjacked:

So i actually read a statistic that over 50% of Americans depend on the lotto for their retirement. OMG ... I guess over half of all Americans are not living in reality. LOL
