Had a similar problem, turned out to be a blown fuse in the amp. Replaces it and everything was fine.

TundraTss was the fuse inside the amp? i can't find a fuse inside the jbl amp. or were you referring to just a fuse in general in the engine compartment and/or fuse box inside the vehicle? thx.

    Inside the amp.

I'm not an electrical guy, so I just took it to an audio place and their guy said he found it inside the factory amp in just a few minutes. Didn't really elaborate after that, just said he swapped it out and everything was gravy after that.

Sorry man I wish I could help you more. He said it was weird that that particular fuse blew, but said it was an easy fix..
