    @KNABORES.

    That actually helped me understand it better. I was thinking smaller rim, More room.It’s a bit difficult to understand all the wheel sizing scenarios.
    I guess I will have to put some sort lift to have the 305/55/20s. I did redo my front suspension with a lot help from all you guys especially @Shifty. Upper, lower control arms,ball joints, high angle axles,struts billstein 5100, stabilizer links,tie rod ends, rack piñon bushings…. So I will try and find old posts but I’m guessing to achieve this…. Up front I can add 2-3”spacers to struts. AAL or blocks to rear depends where Front sits. Ok thanks!!!

    @FirstGenVol
    What I like is the 305/55/20 look.

    I have 7” from fender trim to top tire in rear and I have 7 and 1/2” up front fender trim to top tire. 265/70/16. Is orig tire size truck came with. Actually have 245/70/16 on it now

    2000: Bilstein 5100's 16x8 589's with 265/75/16 and 1.25" spacers Flowmaster 50 series over the axle dump Pioneer touchscreen with backup camera Full interior and dash LED conversion Trailer brake controller with 7 pin Bedliner coat bumpers & trim ARE topper 2019: ARE topper with full Bedrug kit and Vortex rack TRD shifter 1.25" wheel spacers (I like to live dangerously) Red tow hooks for that +15 grip bonus
    If you have the 5100’s in the front of your truck, you’re in luck. They are adjustable. You can set them for up to 2.5” of lift. They have to be removed from the truck and the spring removed in order to readjust the lower spring seat position. You’ll have to get an alignment afterwords. You’ll have to put better clamps on your CV boots. Lots of threads in here and on the internet in general describing how it’s done.

    You're gonna rub bad if you don't get the right offset wheel. I'm almost positive there was someone on here who had that same setup. Maybe search 20 inch in the search.

    I used a 3 inch AEP leveling kit. I don’t go off road… and I use my truck for a 10 min ride each way to work.

    Keep an eye on your axle boots; that's a big spacer - geometry gets a little whacked. Ask me how I know...

    Looks great!

    What brand? Someone on here picked up the NAPA ones and they were essentially the same, possible shorter than OEM, and didn't seem to have any more articulation. OEM are bulletproof. You just need to re-clamp the boots once you go over 2ish inches.

    My re-clamp didn't last long on mine though it was probably installer (me) error..

    In case anyone wants to know. No rubbing with new wheels and I didn’t need to trim anything.

    I cleaned up the little bit of sling present, and haven't seen any since. But I have some worm-gear clamps waiting to go on if I see any significant slinging again.

    so you raised it 3 inches. I believe I saw that in a later post

    what about backspacing and/or offset on your wheels?
