I'm looking for a reputable dealer to do a spray bend liner in my Tundra in Oregon. I'm actually from Central Oregon but willing to drive to reputable dealer. You guys have anybody you'd recommend? Also which brand of spry in bed liner should I go with and which brands should I stay away from. Thanks in advance!

If I needed one done, I’d go with a Line-X system. Had them on previous rigs and it was great. I had a Rhino brand spray-in years ago and wasn’t happy. It was too tacky so gear wouldn’t slide into the bed. I also chipped it a few places with a shovel because it gripped and dug in.

There are a lot of other choices on the market, but those are the only two I have experience with.

You are asking the right question in looking for a reputable dealer. Those spray-ins need to have a well prepped surface to adhere properly. I’d definitely look for a shop that has a good reputation for quality work.

Rhino Linings' protective coatings are used by all branches of the military, government contracts and equipment suppliers around the world to help curtail shrapnel and deflect energy from ballistics and explosive blasts. Tested through a series of live-fire trails and real-world calamity, Rhino Linings' products are CARC compatible and proven to withstand most conventional weapon and explosive threat conditions, keeping live and assets safe.

That said, I have had 3 trucks Rhino sprayed. The spray is thicker and a little softer the Line-x.

I did not want my tool boxes sliding around in the back of my pickup, but it does cost about $100 more then Line-x. It is easy to repair, the only down side is, if you have to replace a body panel.

I also have had the Rhino material apply at work on heavy commercial HVAC equipment.

All 3 of the the Rhino shop I work with did a great job. No regrets, preparation is the key.

    Good luck finding someone local.

I think the same guy also owns a shop out in Clackamas. I believe I paid $620 for the "premium" Line-X back in 2017. The owner is nice, but there's a manager at the Clackamas location that is a massive a****** which would keep me from ever going there again.

No idea about the ownership. The guys I dealt with were fine, but not overly conversant, and professional. Mine was the regular line-x. I have a tonneau cover and did not think I needed all the UV or what ever it all is on the higher priced options.

I emailed Tualatin Truck and they seemed friendly. Cost is about $650 and he's a week out. I haven't scheduled yet but will here soon.

Oregon Truck and Auto Authority did mine, no complaints. I did the Line X with the UV coating for around 650, but that was 4 years ago. They are in Medford, OR, not sure how far you want to drive?

I called and talked to them on the phone and the guy seemed knowledge and seemed like a nice guy. I believe I was quoted the same price. It was like $550 for normal and $650 for the UV protectant added to it. Did you end up scheduling an appointment with him?
