I am currently trying to decide if I want to sell my truck. I have a 2016 trd pro(quicksand) supercharged with a fab fours bumper, warn zeon 10000 lb winch, remote start, bed liner, tonneau cover with 56000 miles. Any input on range I should put it up for if I do. Dealerships claim to give nothing for aftermarket upgrades.
    Thanks

they are correct. return to stock (minus the bedliner), sell the parts, and trade in. Will take a VERY specific buyer (with cash - i doubt a bank will give a loan for the extras either) to want exactly what you have...

Maybe keep that Zeon to throw onto that potential GX build and if you do go that route....post the build thread here:thumbsup:

I will it is a tough decision, but 4 kids and a wife don't fit in the tundra for trips in the mountains.

Prices for quality, and even shitty used vehicles are at historic highs.

    Trying not to mod it
Run a KBB, Edmunds, and Nada Guides on your truck. That will give you a ball park range for average buyers. Your mods are not going to add value to the average buyer, and will likely deter many buyers.

If you want to get your perceived value from the truck and all your mods you basically have 2 options.
    1. Hit up people that know you and know your truck to see if there is any interest at a price you are happy with.
    2. Get the truck as close to factory as possible and sell the mods separately.
In general, performance mods make a vehicle harder to sell, and don't do much to increase the value. Most buyers will assume (correct or not) that performance mods mean it's been run hard, so they may actually want a discount off bluebook for an unmodified vehicle to cover any potential problems that the modifications may cause down the road. If you have all the stock parts that can help, but anything that permanently alters the vehicle from it's stock form isn't going to get you much, and may cost you.

The other thing a really savvy buyer will want to know is when you put on tires that were bigger than stock, and if you had your speedometer re-calibrated for the new tires. If you didn't, then you're truck actually has more miles on it than the odometer reads, and that's going to cost you.

Mods are not a complete loss. I got about half of what I added but I’d say it does depend on the mod. Supercharger may be tougher since it’s a specific buyer.
