I currently have a Truxedo LoPro bed cover on my Tundra. I'm looking for bed racks that will allow me to keep the cover in place. Everything I have been able to find requires the rack to come down over the inside lip of the bed. Any recommendations would be great.

I'm thinking the same thing. I want one using the stake holes and needs to work around my retractable cover box. I'm hoping @jlee will be able to make me one when I'm ready to get one. He's a busy man but you might want to ask him. BTW his bed racks are probably the best looking ones out there.

Check out Agricover, they make one called Add-A-Rack. Agricover makes Access covers which are almost identical to the Truxedo. Trac Rack is a more heavy duty option that will work with a velcro cover though it's a very tight fit. Either one would most likely work with a retractable cover however some modification to the rails of the cover and/or the rack are almost a certainty.
