Locking fuel door won’t stay shut

    Can anyone snap a photo similar to what I posted here, particularly of the catch that the fuel door lock latches to. My fuel door won’t stay shut and can’t figure out what is wrong. Guessing that part of what it latches to broke off but not sure.

    Here are the two points they connect…mine looks similar btw. I’m not sure why yours isn’t catching. Edit: yours actually did break off.

    How the hell did it get blended up? Or did you do that thinking it would fix it?

    If you can get it fixed or find a replacement, you could always do what @Mr.bee did on mine and just put a little magnet in there to hold the door.
