    I will definitely look into the CRC and Amsoil now though. Had not heard of these before now so thanks for the info

    Neither did I and the options are endless, have to get what works best for you. Even from the start I got full support from the wife on buying a brand new truck, whatever I really wanted within reason. With months of research, test driving and past experiences is why I chose the Tundra. It worked best for me.

    use woolwax. it stays on year after year with only minor areas that need a touchup like high wash areas and they make a high viscosity version now that is very viscous. ill link my write up one second. I would actually do the woolwax now before it starts getting even slightly cold. much easier to apply and it gets a nice dirt layer over the top which protects it even more in the winter and doesn't allow the salt/nasty shit to cling to the outer layer

    No. I cannot fathom doing repair work or any modifications on a vehicle with Line X on its underside. But then, I've never dealt with salt and corrosion. Line X just seems like a bad idea to me.
