I don't want to run this 4" block in the back of my rig. I also don't want to use an AAL, so I'm looking for a new leaf pack. I cant build my current pack, as my 2010 leafs are pretty much de-arched. I'm looking for a 2.5"-4" lift. What do y'all have?

I have Alcan leafs and couldn’t be happier. You can have them built with what lift height you want. And their customer service was top notch for me.

You could do an air bag with the lift cup your needing for your height you wanted

Icon leaf pack can be adjusted to different heights. Then you can install a coachbuilder shackles for additional lift. Help eliminate bed hop as well.

Wouldn’t a 4 inch thick leaf pack be almost the same as putting a 4 inch block? Would it be stiff? I think a small pack with a coachbuilder shackle be the best.

I too ditch the whole block lift and had both Alcan and Atlas. Atlas gets my vote for durability and customer service. Even after I gave Alcan aka Bill's all the specs and additional weight of what is in the truck, the springs started to warp. I have emailed Alcan on a couple occasions but customer service is crap. I had no choice but to purchase the Atlas and could not be any happier.

What lift is on your truck in your profile pic? It looks killer. Alcan just got me back... $800 for the set. I can get Icon for a little over $700 and they are adjustable.

Leaning toward Icon now. I have adjustable shackles already, so these would probably be perfect

Pro Comp 6 Inch Stage II Lift Kit with Icon 2.5 coil overs and Icon piggyback rear shocks with Atlas 6” Leaf Springs. I have 2 shims on the driver side coilover and 1 on the passenger side. I also have a bit preload on the coilover to give me additional 1 inch height for a total of 8" lift on the front. The rear has shackles to give me additional 1 1/2 height paired with the 6" Atlas.

How much weight do you have in the back? Icon RXTs are adjustable but will get stiffer if you go that high without weight.

Usually nothing... But when I load it up, I don't want it sagging as much as it does.

Putting a big shackle on the icon packs will flatten em and probably compromise ride quality vs a stock shackle. Also the bushing in the Icon packs have teeth on the inner sleeve(like oem) that can cause binding and/or damage to the shackles. Toytec/Coachbuilder recommend replacing with a poly bushing.
The custom packs are spec’d Out. I think they are called Valley springs out in Arizona and lots of people had good experience with them as well. Check them out too.

I’ll be getting some as well and going with Alcan. Reasonable price and each set custom built to your order

How are the Alcans holding up? He quoted me 973 for the springs with 1/2 inch of lift and told me to use my Toytec shackles for the other 1.5 inches.
How do you like the ride? Any pics of them? Thanks

This post is the issue that I am having, and now I need springs. https://www.tundras.com/threads/drivers-side-leaf-spring-help.98375/#post-2504521

Mine just came in. Took about 6 weeks from the time I placed the order. Gonna slap em in this weekend. Can't wait. Lew and his team were a pleasure to work with. Walked me through taking measurements over the phone and then had his U bolt builder walk me through the U bolt fitment/order so I didn't muck that part up too. My lift is around 7.5" so he built my pack with 5" of lift. Can't wait to ditch the blocks.

Please post plenty of pics and tag me when done. I just ordered some Alcans last week. Mine are being built with 1/2 lift and will be used with my Toytec shackles for the other 1.5. My OEM springs are flat at 13K miles. https://www.tundras.com/threads/2020-models-leaf-spring-issues.98791/

I have a 2 inch lift in the rear so they will fight it but the Toyota springs are pretty soft and weak for these trucks. One of the guys on here has a gap in his springs at 4400 miles.

I bought the skyjacker leafs, but they are still waiting to be installed. I believe they are advertised at 4" lift.

Principle I guess. You paid for a quality truck and it has sub par quality springs.
