    Looking for insight/recs for a setup that can handle the following...

    300 miles a week on the roads.

    100 miles a week on dirt Road (graded, moderately well kept)

    Some mild trail usage.

    It all depends on your budget.
    Avoid spacer lift kits
    Do your research on different brands
    It sounds like most of your driving will be commuting so your going to want a system that will be close to stock
    I recommend you go with coilovers in the front and shocks in the back
    If your not putting a large load in the rear, aftermarket leafs are not needed
    If you want more travel replace the upper control arms as well, good luck
    Whatever you do, dont go with the cheapest system,
