Salesman are the lowest scum at times. They like to play games and argue semantics. About 10 years ago I was shopping a Rav 4 for my mom and was speaking with one of the sales guy. Told him my price and he said "seems like a deal". Came back in a few hours with my mom to finalize things then we sit down with the salesman and sales manager and now they are quoting $3000 more than we we agreed on. He said we never agreed to a deal and that the salesman only said "seems" like a deal. I was livid of course since he wasted my time and my moms time with dirty tactics and semantics. I'm not sure how many vulgarities I dropped on my way out lol.

Honesty&Integrity can exist among sales. I was a sales. And my take from that job is honesty goes a long way and integrity lets you sleep better at night.

Just being sarcastic. And one service yelp offers is that one can pay to have them put the 5 star reviews in the front page no matter when it's posted, which most of the corporate do pay for the service. So this way, this review will always be in the front w/o getting washed off no matter what lol
