I wanted to level my 2001 extended cab and was wondering what height would look best.

It all depends on how much lift you want and what tire size you want to run. I personally like the 2.5" front and 1.5" rear. It gives it a good stance and doesnt really effect the driveability.

Is that 1.6" front and back?

How much did it cost you for the Bilstein 5100s?
