I have the original (Metal) version of the RC 1.75" with AVS...works fine. Looking at the Icon 2.25, its the same setup as the RC...should work too. Going 2.25" will def give you a squat if you dont get AFE/Westcott levers. With 1.75 and 90% maxed out oem levers, I have a tiny bit of squat. IDK if I would do the AFE levers if they dont include rear shock extenders like Westcott does.

A spacer to lower the shock mounting location...
Helps accommodate the extra lift without overextending the shock

I didn't realize westcott came with something other than the arms. They don't mention or show anything in the install video they do for them. It is interesting that the price difference is so great between them and afe

Call them and ask if the levers come with the shock spacers. Last thing you want is getting the added lift from their levers only to over extend the shocks at full droop and have them yank you back down...horrible feeling going down the road

When I talked to westcott they didn't say anything about it either. They said there are no issues with anything else with the arms, airbags, etc

Ok so do I do the rc 1.75 or the wescott? And is the 1.75 something I can do myself or do I need to have it installed so they can adjust the camber and etc?

I would love to do a bigger lift but don’t want to wait….couple of places I called said they may have something in mid Feb for the avs but were not sure, my last truck had a 4.5 lift on 35s and my wife said I need to Jack the tundra up.

The RC kit will be WAY easier than Westcott since you dont have to remove the top hat/spring/perch. Both kits will require an alignment.

Plus westcott told me theirs gets you more like 2.25" in the front, even though it says 2". Personally my preference would be only a 1.75" front as with westcott or afe rear AVS lift can only take you so high. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems if someone wanted a big lift then they would have needed to get the non AVS suspension.

Sooo.. Stupid me didn't measure BEFORE adjusting the arms from the factory midway point.. But I can confidently say I've gained roughly 2" in the back.

Took me maybe 5mins (I'm not allergic to tools).

Upon completion of adjustment, I turned the truck on, put the AVS in manual mode, brought the truck all the way up to the HI setting, then proceed to drive a bit. Made sure to break 18 mph, which at that point the truck lowered itself back to the now HIGHER Neutral setting. Awesome.

I honestly don't think I need more in the back. A Wescott front lift kit and I'm in business.

I'm running the RC kit...they only sent the strut spacers. I adjusted the stock rear air ride levers, no extenders.

any chance someone has a copy of this?
EDIT: Nvm found it here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/2022-1794-with-air-suspension.112786/#post-2913247

My sr5 air suspension is having the bottoming out and while I’ll probably do the 1/16” gap, I’m curious if they list the “proper” factory setting since I’m not a lift person

Had this performed on my truck at dealer. Definitely improved ride. If you have the auto headlight leveling that has to be re-calibrated also.

Is this how you reset the "new" neutral height? I adjusted the arm lever on mine but did not adjust to the new height. Thanks.

Yes. Arm lever should be moved UP and the 10mm bolt should be snugged up.

I’m getting a platinum next month. I’m thinking I want a leveling kit on it. Debating I which one to get. I plan on switching out the tires to ko2 275/60r20. Don’t want e- rating. Just wondering if it will look good or am I wasting my time with leveling kit?

1.75 leveling kit Nitto Ridge Grappler tires (305/55/20) Black Rhino Arches Gunmetal wheels Truxedo Deuce cover w/ TonneauMate box
Posted this in another thread but applicable to this one more...

FYI, truck rides better than stock but primarily due to getting it off the bump stops. Dealers need to raise them at least a bit during PDI.

Have a std 7' tall garage door (80.5" clearance) and still a couple inches clearance, no problem.

RC 1.75 leveling kit (somehow ended up with almost 3" front lift from factory height) and since AFE rear air height sensor arms on backorder, just made myself some extensions.

Wheels are Black Rhino Arches in gunmetal, +12 offset (a bit more poke than I was hoping but least I could do with this version wheel.

Tires are Nitto Ridge Grappler 305/55/20. No rubbing with this setup.

Ya. It was ~2.75" increase in the front, so rear squatted, even with the factory air adjustment all the way up. No idea why the front increased so much but RC says I'm close to what they expect now so maybe it was sitting low overall to begin with for some reason?

With my rear adjustment extenders, the back is now slightly higher than front. Can't measure right now but I think ~1 in difference from wheel center to fender well in comparison.

Was waiting for a resolution before posting but now looks like I'm needing some help on this one. After installing the leveling kit, got these errors/alerts.
    Screenshot_20221017-175244~2.jpg
Was hoping coincidental and/or just needed some kind of a simple reset but the dealer is blaming it on the leveling kit (they've not yet had a Tundra with a leveling kit in their shop) and they are having difficulty resolving the alerts, which also disables LTA, parking sensors, cruise control, etc). Knowing there are tons of these new Tundras out there with leveling kits (including several with rear air suspension and AVS?), I don't see how the leveling kit could be preventing them from fixing the problem.

I don't suppose anyone else has seen this and can those with rear air suspension and AVS and a leveling kit please confirm no such issues with theirs?

    Thanks in advance!
