I love it up around that area. We camped up there a couple nights a few weekends ago.

I've never made it to Fenton lake. It's on my list though. We pieced together about 90 miles of dirt from Cuba to Espanola though and it was a blast. We made it right in time to catch the leafs changing.

Nice setup. What made you decide on the tent? I thought I remember you mentioning something about getting a rv trailer a while back? Reason I’m asking is because I’m debating the same things. Thanks!

Money and getting to more remote spots for hunting and fishing. If I had a family it would be different.

I also factored in storage of $90-100 a month along with the price of the camper. The truck is almost paid off too so I’m trying to avoid another payment.

The fact that I already had the bed bars, bed stiiffeners, and billet mounts swayed me towards getting the tent now with the option of a possible Baja jayco 154bh later.

The truck as it sits with new 35s, ads suspension, and the tent still fits into my garage

I hear ya my truck has been paid off for a couple of years and I am in no way looking for another payment. But it’s hard cuz I too enjoy hunting and fishing and I have a family of 4. So while the tent would be fun I just don’t know how practical it would be for a family. I’m interested in a 174 BH Jayco or the 18 foot model with slide out dinette.

This looks similar to the start of the High Watermark Trail.
