Not hard to believe. I’ve had trailer brakes fail on my flatbed trailer before and without them it really really sucks. It’s got little stopping power. Brakes are probably the biggest thing in setting trailer and payload capacity besides legal classification because you can have all the power in the world but if your brakes suck…everything sucks.

Looked these up and they’re not cheap…did you buy an off brand or is you’re the genuine name brand? I’m cheap if you can’t tell…

Nobody knows who you're talking to. When you find a truck posted you like, you really need to click the "Quote" link on that single post, then reply, so everybody here knows which post and vehicle you're talking about.

Obviously. I have to have my passengers get out when I cross train tracks, but it is totally worth it.

Nice @Brown Bear !! You might have to tweak your bed rack to fit that one!

Hahaha. I don't think it will fit. But I think I have enough space to put the 10 footer on the rack and still tow the new boat.

Yep. Best motor on the market in my opinion. Just took forever to get. I ordered the boat to be custom made and the motor at the same time back in March. The boat was done back in October but it took until now to get the motor. It was a 9 month wait for the motor. Now I have to order all my electronics.

Oh, you can beat on it, and it'll stay alive, as long as it's under 200k miles on it and has had regular service. After that, it's only a time/numbers game before it craps out. But it beats GM in that the tranny will go for at least twice as long. (I come from a long line of GM guys, I can admit the faults; awesome engines, shit electronic trannies)

And fortunately it's not a RAM. Did you know RAM 2500 drivers get more than twice as many DUIs as the national average? How weird. The two best trucks out there didn't land on the list.
