I always thought for off road driving the high clearance rear bumper was the best one to start with rather than up front. Unless you need a winch.

Either or. One improves approach other does departure. But I'd start with skids and sliders

I suspect you could pop that front passenger side dent with suction. Open a private browsing tab and Google for dildo car dent removal, you may be surprised at how effective it is. Not saying to go to the adult store and get a "dent removal tool", there are other suction items out there that may be cheaper, but the adult store will cost less than a proper "tool" (or so I hear)

@Brown Bear I must ask…how did you pass the wiring for your Ditch lights into the cab? I have a lightbar to go into the bumper and the only thing holding up install is I have no idea how to pass the wire through the engine bay into the cab.

On the driver's side of the firewall to the right/ beneath your brake booster, there will be a rubber grommet. Both the driver and passenger sides of the firewall have this grommet. You can carefully poke a hole or cut into this grommet and fish wires through. Be careful otherwise you can damage the wiring harness. I have run a few different wires through there successfully. If you're worried about water proofing, stick some liquid tape on that sucker after you're all wired up.

You poke and make the hole yourself. I used a screwdriver. This is my passenger side which I've shoved two things through.

This is close enough to a good point that I'm happy to share. SPC UCAs, OME shocks w/2885s up front. Torch add-a-leaf, axle shims and extended u-bolts. Original stock leaf springs. Snugfit color-matched topper. New OEM LCAs, LBJs and outer tie rods. IRX ceramic tint all around. Spray in bedliner. It's been a process. Baja Designs Squadron SAE fogs. H4 mini projectors (retrofits in the works). Wildpeaks in 265/70r17s with 1.25” Spidertrax spacers. 4Runner trail edition rims. IMG_7339.jpg
