Hey i got those in grey, I liked the blue but I didn't want them too dark so I decided grey.

A little lighter in color woulda been fine...it's getting harder to stand out in a crowd anymore. Bronze now is just about as common as black.

Here's my 1st gen that I've had since high school. It's my dream to cage it out and make it into a Baja/pre-runner.

My buddy finally sent me a photo of my old truck. She looks better than I remember. Hopefully someday I can bring her back home.

No, though the wife and I do contemplate some sort of tent trailer / camping trailer in our future. Nice to see so many good options out there.

Just got back from a 1500 mile road trip up the northern California and Southern Oregon Coast and looped back through Bend to see my family. First real trip in the Tundra and it was comfortable, spacious, and handled well. I have the VD Vehicle Stability Control + TRAC and it did beep at me a few times, but I was probably going too fast if truth be told. We camped 4 nights and now I'm thinking of all the fun ways to organize the shell space. Before I left I did new fluids everywhere and added a set of new Michelin Defender LTX 265/65R17. Officially in love with the truck. Also, if you're ever curious how a 170" 4x4 Sprinter compares in size, ask no more.

Welcome aboard! Beautiful truck and scenery, looks like a blast. Check out this thread, a few of us have built wooden boxes for our bed/ shells. Plenty of other good camping ideas too https://www.tundras.com/threads/show-me-your-truck-camping-setup.81354/

Been a while since posting a photo. Had to go into the Deep Bin from last year when I was contemplating selling it all and going Full Monk. This day was perfect for posing on the tailgate and getting my Namaste on.

Yes. There is some Special Mojo in that cap plastic which keeps the Bedliner from shticking. Shticks nicely on the bed, but that back cap gets abused when I throw my purses back there.

Perhaps a scuff and buff and a few spritzes of bedliner coating would do the trick.

Ye. I’m done working on her for a while. Just gonna ride her out for about 6-12 months without a worry (unless something breaks).

Nah. I’m caught up on everything at this point. Giving some time to let things settle before making the next commitments on her if at all. She’ll be with me forever at this point so chances are high on New Morimoto Projectors and 4.56 Gears next on the potential agenda.
