What's a ZJ? Hmmm... I've owned an SJ, YJ, XJ, MJ, and an LJ... but never a ZJ. Nice GC. Nothing articulates like a long arm Jeep! IMG_2317.jpgExcept a linked Toyota!

I was a little worried that it might be to tucked in when I ordered, but they are basically flush with the fender flare and poke out .25" or so. Its perfect for me because I hate slinging stuff on the side of my truck all the time.

They are 17x8.5 I am worried they might not work well for me becauce as of now my tire hits my upper control arm at full lock. I dont want to make it worse with new rims.

My tires dont hit the UCA but I also have Total Chaos UCA's. I will check and see how close they are to hitting those at full lock.

My dads '05. I'll have to ask him exactly, but it has well north of 300,000KMS on it. Last year my parents drove it across Canada from Victoria, BC to St. John's, Newfoundland and back towing their small travel trailer (about the same size as @jnevill 's trailer).

The bed was also loaded with support gear for my dad who did the trip one way by bicycle. Yeah, he's nuts. LOL. Mom drove the truck and leap frogged ahead while dad put 100 - 200kms per day on with his bike. On the way home to BC, they looped back down through the US to explore some spots there. It was a 3 month long trip all in iirc.

Not a single problem with the truck outside of routine maintenance.

    The truck today:
    20181110_081712.jpg

A couple from their trip. (The truck is Bonnie, the trailer is Clyde apparently. LOL)

    Thanks for the info.
The 5100 Bilstein is better than the stock TRD shock, correct? I did a quick check and the current yellow Bilstein's look old. My guess they are the original shocks with 202K + miles.
Going to start looking for a set. Looks like the fronts are a different model # than the rear.

You will be very happy with the affordable Billys. Firm and sporty on street. Good for towing/hauling. Off road there are better choices with much higher price tags.
