Do you guys think 1.25 in wheel spacers would push these 0 offset wheels out enough to be in line with the fender flares or even a little outside of it?

Yes. I've got 1.25" spacers and 0 offset wheels on my access cab with the big limited fender flares. Front sticks out a little more than rear; maybe 1/2" per side. Rear is about flush with flare.

It looks really good. It would serve me better than the one from Coastal. The only thing i would want differently is a little bit wide of a step on the bumper. But that’s only because i’m not after a super high clearance bumper. I’d still like a step bumper that i can safely use a step when my boots are wet.

Can you post up some more pics of it when you get some time?

I love thos bumper. Even has a hidden hitch behind the license plate.
It's enough of a ledge for me to climb my size 12 feet and 280lb ass into the bed.
If you remind me tomorrow, I'll take a measurement of the surface of the step.

Im pretty much on the same setup but with some aftermarket wheels and using 5100s for about 2.25” of lift.

What's traction like in yours? RWD open diff right? DFW is mostly flat so I'm sure that helps. Did you throw any weight in the bed.

Only weight is my jack box and the 2 house batteries. It's just slow careful driving.

Playing out around our local Southern California mountains this weekend. Super dry... Haven't had snow yet this winter. Still waiting for snow... Or rain... It's a tinderbox up there.

This one is pretty lightweight, and it sits on the bed rail so you can still use the bed as needed. The opening on the rear is massive and makes it actually pretty damn useful for doing work. But right now, luckily I don't need it for working. It's built for camping and hanging out on the inside. But everything could be removed in 10 minutes if I needed to. Nothing permanent inside.
