Thank you... even the staff at the LEER shop were stunned, I guess most original owners don't keep their caps as long as I did.

Here's my ARE V Series cap on my new 2019 TRD Sport. I had this cap on my 2017 SR5 4.6L that I traded in, and I had it transferred over to the new truck when I bought it.IMG_20191005_135719.jpg

I built it based on my height, the platform is 72" x 30", they have a mattress in that side too so it helps.

Exactly what I needed the cap for. Picking up for local food bank and raining. Bottom of boxes often wet so dont want in back seat.

Been riding their boards for a long time. Independent and local and crushing it. Lifetime loyal as long as it stays that way.

The truck cap finally came in and scheduled the installation this past Saturday. Very impressed with the A.R.E. CX Classic. I got a chance to look it over carefully before they installed it and it's built like a tank for sure. It's finally starting to come together with the short term check list items. Received another couple hundred dollar order from Toyota of Cool Springs as well. And installed the Precision Fit seat covers last week. No complaints $$$$$ from the wife so far so I'll throttle back to half throttle for a couple weeks!
Thanks everyone for the ideas and inspiration found on this forum.

It's time for a Scotch so Cheers!

looking good. I just ordered a Pro lock from snugtop to replace my flush lock. should be much easier to open/close rear glass.

That looks amazing! Did they put anything on there to protect the paint from the shell rubbing?

The angle of the last pic is deceiving I know, there is an even 3/8's of an inch. The cap has a small overhang. They put down gasket on bed rails.

I think the windoors where $160.00 extra each.
The cap w/ vented windoors, front vented drop down window, carpeted headliner, power strip, led dome light, cloths hanger, roof rails (w/o racks) was $2,800.00 + I added the bed rug @$400.00. So $3,200.00 all total. They are very heavily built (more than I would have thought) , they matched the paint perfectly in my opinion. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I looked at Leer as well and they are really nice but the local dealer really turned me off and couldn't see my self giving this guy a dime of my money.
