Here is the only info I can find on them. They came with the boat from the factory.

Thank you picked up a few months back. One of the lucky ones to not pay up and motor showed up the day after I put a deposit on it.

Cool looking boat! Your Tundra grill looks like it has the safety sense on it but the truck year looks well before that stuff. Am I seeing things?

My baby. ‘99 MasterCraft 205v/Xstar. W/ 2500lbs of ballast, she puts out a damn good wake. Powered by a Chevy 350, still pulls strong after 1300hrs.

Like my 115 V-Max SHO Yam. You may already be aware the factory cleaver style aluminum prop is a piece of crap paperweight. For a few bucks more Yamaha makes an alum Talon which has speed and slip numbers that a lot of S.S. props can't beat. I have test data on 4 props that may be helpful. Boat is 2300lbs wet, fg deep V. Top speed is just shy of 45 mph.

Sweet! Do you use a section surf gate at all? Been thinking about buying one for mine in the spring time.

I do. I made my own. Bought a suction cup handle from Amazon, and used a cutting board along with some PVC trim I had. Here’s a pic of the port side wake. Starboard side is a little better. Probably due to prop rotation.

That’s a nice wake and thanks for the info! I’ve got about the same amount of ballast but think I need the gate to clean it up and get some more push. Summer can’t get here fast enough!

Yeah I’m excited. We live at the lake full time so we already had a pontoon but it’s really too big for fishing. This should serve we well for a couple years until my kid is big enough to join, then I’ll get something nicer.
