You rub with 275/70's? Something isn't right, maybe your backspace?

I don't know. It's odd. I see videos with guys running +25 offset and 35" tires. There's no way that 7 millimeters of backspacing could make that much difference. Mine rubbed front and rear both. I used a heat gun on the splash guards behind the tires and that seems to be better now. But the front rubs like hell. I took off the air deflectors and it still rubs pretty bad. Have no idea how guys are running 35s on these trucks.

I've got 275*70*18 on 18*9 wheels with +25mm, 5100s in the center clip and no issues. Could be a tire spec or caster issue, that is just strange. My Maxxis are 33.1" tall and 10.8" wide per the specs, check on your Coopers and see if it is different.

I measured them unmounted. 33.0" tall.
Measured them mounted and installed on the truck, got about 32.25" tall which is common once there's weight applied.
Tread width, not section width, but tread width is exactly 9.0"
I'm running them at 35 PSI. Tire shop recommends 40 but that would only make the rubbing worse.
Alignment has been checked by two different shops this month.

You could shim the bumper out. I believe Coachbuilder makes a "kit" for this exact reason.

I think with a 33.1 tire you should be ok if the alignment is right. remove the rear splash guards and heat up the front plastic (not the mudguards). this takes a bit of work - usually with a heat gun and a basketball to push the plastic forward after it is unbolted. some I think have cut away some of the front plastic as well. I have bumper shims but I have quite a bit of room. every set up is different though....mine are 295 70 18 (34.3 tall) and +25 offset
