It's a pretty easy install. I just watched their YouTube video they don't include instructions, I'm a picture person anyways.

Nice, i have this bumper too and its awesome. Install is super easy, except you have to drill your own holes to mount the winch control box. I put mine on the driver side.

Looks really sharp! How do you like the bumper? Did you get the rear too? I was looking at them on there website. I think if the front bumper was winch acceptable, it would be the “cat’s meow”. I also like the rear bumper design too.

I like the front bumper and no on the rear bumper. I don’t need a winch, I was married to one before lol

Thanks for the tip, I didn't even see that "drilling step" from ironman 4x4's youtube installation instruction video.

Yeah I didnt see it either. They just kind of jumped from the reclocking of the winch to it already being installed on the video. The holes to mount the actual winch are already there but the control box part isnt.

    Line-X. Local family run shop.

The older I get the less I like chrome.

The grill/surround were removed and sprayed front and back effectively sealing the parts. The unforeseen added benefit is the flimsy plastic is really stiffened. I can live with the Godzilla-skin like texture.

The tailgate was getting chipped down to the primer from rocks bouncing off the front of my utility trailer. The factory flaps and the huge mud flaps I put on did nothing to stop this.

Anyone got any fabrication ideas for a cover that goes between the front edge of the skid plate and the bottom of the bumper?

I had the bumpers installed at a shop and never thought to look for the cover until I crawled under the truck to do an oil change two days ago. I’m calling the shop to see if they have it so I can use it as a template for another one but it’s doubtful they still have it.

I recently installed the winch version of this bumper. Pain in the ass to install, didn’t line up properly out of box. I had to shave off material on all the bolt holes to make things fit and align properly.
Looks decent once installed but didn’t enjoy the process. Only reason I kept it was due to the seller refunding me the bumper without having to return it because of all the issues I had with it.

I recommend you avoid that bumper (and that brand just in general). I believe that you have to relocate some stuff when installing it, and it seemed super sketchy to me. And the biggest red flag, the bumper bends. Almost every review I’ve seen on it talks about how much it will bend (if you actually use it). I recommend the Warn Semi-hidden. It’s what I have and I love it. Amazing winch access.

Since most of the front bumpers that really looks good for the 2.5 gens are pricey, I pulled the trigger on the cheapest aftermarket bumper I could find that looks great. I call it the poor man’s ADD Stealth Fighter bumper.

Quality of steel is high and it can be dismantled for easy storage if I decide to go for the OEM look again. The powdercoat finish is textured black but I painted mine with matte black to match with my wheels.

    5F7379AB-2AB7-4999-85F8-138100218448.jpg

    Here’s the catch:

Some holes for the bolts were a little bit off. I had to drill and make the holes a little bit bigger for the bolt to pass through. I had to grind some portion of the steel to fit properly and alignment is tad bit off but not that obvious. You truly get what you pay for and it took me my whole weekend but overall happy with how it turned out.

Looks good. I had all the same issues with the bumper when I installed mine, and was left unhappy with it. It also sat too far back so my 37's rubbed on the ends. The seller actually refunded me the bumper and sent me a second one but the second one seemed to be even worse so I didn't even bother with it.
Ended up giving both of them to a member on the Houston thread awhile back since I couldn't really justify selling them.

I was very skeptical at first because I couldn’t find any reviews about the bumper on any tundra forums. I like the look too but the quality was what I’m worried about. Took the gamble and it was disappointing at first as it needed more work but nonetheless, very rewarding when everything was completely done. I’m think of adding a winch someday to test if this thing will hold well or bend.

Nice. I got the push bar because I wanted some protection. I think it looks cleaner without it, but whatever. Also thought about a light bar too. I like the little holes on top for the mounts and or wiring, but I didn’t wanna overdo it. I hate adding extra electrical shit. More to go wrong imo.
