Congrats! That's where I got my Blueprint '23 1794 w TRD OR ! and yeah, it was 1100 mile ride home after, but Fred Haas, seems to get more units then anywhere else. I see lots of people get them from there, and drive way back home.

I've got a 36 hour drive ahead of me! But I picked this up for $13K less than what they were trying to charge me in WA for this exact truck. I'm actually moving Houston in a couple of months. I thought I would have to wait a few months for an allocation so decided to order from Fred Haas since they had no markup and I figured i'd get it after I move. But they ended up having exactly what I wanted on short notice, so I said what the hell, I'll buy it and road trip home.

You're going to love this truck! I still love getting into it and driving every single time! Even my wife loves to take it for a drive!

Just joined and this is my first Tundra! Signed the papers as it rolled off the truck. Getting the TRD lift installed and heading on my honeymoon tonight. So, I won't actually take possession of it until April 10. Wheels and tires should arrive by then as well. Can't wait!

I originally planned on buying a silver Tundra, but this blueprint one came along at a better price. I thought, "hey, what the heck". I love this color way more than the silver!

2" Icon lift, Method 0 offset 17" wheels and 35" Wildpeaks.

So far so good. The rear is a little stiffer than stock (still on stock coils) but I'm rolling around with 0 weight in the bed for now. The front is softer than stock and I imagine would be even softer If I took off the sway bar.

Current view after getting sides and back tinted; changes still in progress. Sliders coming soon. Retrax before our next big road trip this summer. I'll blackout the door handles and window trim and moustache along the way.

But I'm at 26k mi in about 11 months, and very happy with the truck.

Unfortunately this color is as bad as my old black truck, maybe even worse for showing swirl marks and fine scratches. It was bothering me so I had my truck detailed, polished, and ceramic coated to try and fight that off.

Funny story, that is not a picture of a pink jeep and a messy garage, it's actually a picture of my tailgate. You can see the T of the tundra, the bumper, and the 4x4 badge.PXL_20230408_232748563.jpgPXL_20230408_232545002.jpg

Does the dealer send it out for ceramic…like to ceramic pro or a reputable installer? If not most dealer installed ceramic coatings aren’t very good.

2nd this, at least in my opinion the dealer is going to half-ass it compared to a detail shop. Most dealer shops will do a 1 step paint correction before coating. I doubt the dealer will do that.

Yep I paid for ceramic from my dealer. Seems like they just did the cheap version. But it came with a 7 year paint and interior warranty, which is what I really paid for imo.

Dealers tend to do all of their protection package items on the cheap...it is a big money maker for them. Be sure to read all of the fine print on the dealer warranties.
