2014 Double-Cab SR5 Off-Road Silver

Recently I've been seeing 3rd gen tundra with a the LED lights at the bottom of the stock headlights on, as if they are DRL. After looking at my stock headlights I have that stripe on my 2014, but they don't turn on, not even really sure if they have lights in them. Is his an option on some trucks and just not mine or does anyone know?

it's the platinum and 1794 packages that have the led strip and all the other models have the orange marker lights.
