Wanted to replace my OEM halogen bulbs with LED bulbs on my 2017 Toyota Tundra Limited.

Called around, was told that in Virginia it may be pass state inspection and that I would then have to revert them back. I seem to get a lot of mix information. Search on the Virginia government site is just as confusing.

Does anyone know if it is legal in Virginia to convert your headlight and fog to LED?

Normally fog lights are not considered driving lights therefore they are Normally not regulated beyond they can't blind oncoming traffic.. Headlights are a different beast and differs by state or even by county
