Did the Hellwig 990 springs change the unloaded height? (Without the camper)

The reason I ask is I’m considering them for my ‘00 AC. I don’t necessarily want to raise the rear, I just want more control/firmness when lightly loaded or when towing.

They did increase the height by about an inch in the rear when fully tightened. Ride quality is way better with them, and a 3000lb trailer didn't even move the rear end with them.

Thanks for the info. If you hadn't fully tightened the u-bolts, (say half-way) would it still have raised it that much?

Wondering if you got the shocks mounted, and if so did they make a difference in ride quality for your truck?

I haven't had the chance yet, way too cold. The high tomorrow is -7 sadly. Next week should be warm enough to put them on. I would usually tough it out, but I don't trust jacks on solid ice.
