If you have an 07-13 you can fit the 14-19 dv-8 bumper with no mods

This is very interesting, I would have thought the gaps/seams would be pretty different.

The pictures make it look much lower than my DV8, I have to say I am not a fan.

What are the openings in the top of the bumper for? Also are those LED bumper lights any good? They look like they would shine way off the road at that angle.
    TIA

Openings are for winch access......the lights do shine at an angle. I have that same bumper. Warning...the fitment on mine was off. Got $150 refunded back. Fitment seems to be good for most. I ditched the lights that came with it and upgraded to better lights.

    Hi there
I got one on ebay. It came without manual and the seller is not responsive. Could you please tell: does anyone have any manual on how to assemble the brackets? Sorry, I am doing this for the first time...

Of all the upgrades that I did to my 07 Tundra my biggest mistake was buying the DV8 winch bumper from KO. Pure Chinese crap. Poor fitment, 2nd grader must have done the powder coat. Return it if not too late. The seller can't be too much responsive when the crap bumper is sourced out of China. Not much they can do other than refund your $ or send you a new one. Installation manual......

I just got this from ebay
It come with only one pair of mounting brackets.. Can't figure out whether it is enough to assemble and how to assemble..
Following your advice, maybe will ask ebay for return..

Could you please tell: did you have any strength/durability issues apart from the powder?

Sorry to give you the bad news but it really sucked Oleg. The fitment of the DV8's seemed to be much better on the 14's and up that I've seen posted here but on the 07's to 13's.......not so good at all.

Actually the welds were quite good. The winch plate was top notch but had a two inch offset. 2 inch! The supplied brackets didn't match up either. Was too much of a pain for me to deal with returning it at the tme since I was in the middle of getting radiation treatments and didn't want to deal with returning it. I was able to eventually modify the brackets to get it to sort of fit . Never looked right and the powder coat started peeling badly. I could flake large pieces of it off with my finger nail. Was a huge mistake in my opinion to buy it.

I just found pics of similar ones on the Internet - it seems like they shipped it to me without outer support braces. That's why I was confused about how to assemble

Those outer support braces were a real pain to get lined up too. A poor design. You will need those braces though.

I was contemplating this bumper simply on cost as I modify to fit my needs and likes. I opted for the Victory 4x4 Strike Bumper and am expecting it soon. I will let you know how installation goes. I paid a lot and ordered it bare steel so that I can modify the light pockets for the lights I purchased, which are flush mount so the holes and brackets will be useless to me. Victory would not fabricate it without light holes. :angrygirl::mad:

Finally I am going to return the terrible KO bumper. I just tried to give it a chance and attempted to install it. It's a pure evil. Bolts are not compatible, reinforcement braces are missing. The bumper was laying down in my backyard for a couple of days and now it is rusty due to poor paint. It seems like these guys illegally place DV8 trademark on the bumper while DV8 per se never manufactured this crap.

It's a DV8. Not a knock off. DV8's are made in China. Quality control has been a on going issue. There is a reason they are so cheap.

Oh, I just thought it is not DV8 because DV8 bumpers are listed on eBay twice expensive than this one...

As an alternative probably will do DIY bumper from scratch. I have never done this before but I learned welding. Anyway I sit at home and don't work for now

That's a new model. KO is selling the older DV8 model like I had on my 07 that had so many issues. Irregardless I can't recommend a DV8 based upon my experience.
