    Some stuff
you have a child in some kind of live performance (theatre, dance, music) or participating in a sports event. someone is there filming and offering recordings for sale. recordings would be available immediately after the event/performance ended.

    1) do you know what an SD card is?
    2) if you know about SD cards, do you have the ability to use it at home?
    3) would you be interested in buying a copy?
    4) would you buy a HD or a 4K copy?
    5) what would be the tipping point on price for you to say too expensive?

the SD card would have some kind of custom case or envelope. would not just be the card by itself.

appreciate your time and responses. extra gold stars for humor.

Unless I knew you were a cameraman in the movie industry, I doubt I'd pay you for an amateur video of my kid. No offense.

No way I'd pay some parent for filming my kid. If anything, I would think it's a little creepy and slimey.

Filming is not allowed at our kids school and is banned at the pool for obvious reasons. The school films it for yearbook purposes and I've seen them tell parents to sit down who are, as it's a distraction to everyone who is there to watch. I'm guessing it is against most schools or clubs to film and profit from it. Better ask first if you are actually thinking of doing this.

Old dudes filming kids who aren't their own, get put on a list up here and not a good list.

Leave the filming to the school or organization.

Terrible terrible idea in this day and age.

    You forgot a question:

    6) Should the videos be named 'Cuties'?

(Sorry, but somebody had to say it. LOL)

On a serious note...agree with BravoDeltaRomeo 100%. His line about 'old dudes filming children' is spot on. Not that this applies to you at ALL, but as the saying goes, perception is everything, and the court of public opinion pronounces justice swiftly and without mercy.
