    Nope at WOT the air will flow fast enough through the TB to not do a thing.
    Biggest thing is where you pick up the air---from the engine bay it is hot air. From the fender---nice cool air.

    For a free mod it couldn’t hurt. I’m gonna take a look at it. Maybe it heats up air at idle?

    If anything that is a good thing--you're using less fuel because the air is less dense.
