They chopped the fuck out of my truck. Is this normal? Didn't notice until I got home. Calling them in the morning. The entire wheel is gone.

When I dropped it off he showed me the spot they would have to trim. it was a small piece in the back, he didn't say anything about cutting the whole front part off leaving everything exposed. This sucks.

I’m a pretty peticular person, but honestly, don’t sweat it! The truck looks awesome, and it’s certainly not going to rub now... I’m sure there’s a very easy solution to get the exposed area you’re concerned with closed up with some material, a heat gun, and a few fasteners. :sawzall:

I looked at that Ray10's, but I got a pretty good deal on my methods.

Definitely not happy. I told them I wanted it leveled and the front end is an inch lower, but it does still look good.

They didn’t have to do all that. I have the same wheels and tire size. I just took a heat gun to the front liner and molded it away.

And I wouldn’t sweat the leveling. Sometimes when it’s level to the fenders, the truck actually looks nose up.

    Anyway it looks awesome!

I didn't think they needed to either from all the research I did on this forum and other sites. Thanks

Looks like they also cut the bumper back as well. There is about a 2in gap when turning the tires.

Vista is only an hour drive away. Are you saying he'll be able to cover that opening?

Truck looks great. I say a little rake is good if you ever haul anything. Can't really tell from the pics. Any issues with TSS system with 5100s and shackles?

I had mine trimmed. 6112 at top setting. Running 285/75/18 on stock wheels. I taped it off and gave everything a good spray with steel-it. I’m in SoCal also, so not too worried about road salt etc.

I actually like the added clearance

Maybe I'll get some of that spray. I still think it's a little crazy that they show me where they'll cut, which was in the back and without calling me, they just chop of the front leaving that front exposed. With what I had installed, it just seems a little aggressive.
