Just joined to get some quick help

Sorry for the quick question. I just joined to see if this is a good deal. I'm truck shopping and came across a Tundra 1794 edition and got some prices as follows:

MSRP $55144.00
discount -$4500
rebate -$2000.
Selling price $48,644

On a three year 10k lease the residual is 67% and the MF is .00265

I have a trade so I won't muddy up the water with all the other details. But, at a glance does this seem fair??

I'd say that's a good price, I paid $44k for my 2017 SR5 when I bought it new. Not sure what all the 1794 includes though.

 

Selling price is irrelevant on a lease.

 

The residual is $36946.00.
