    Yup to the right and just a little low from the moon. I was told that with a pair of binos you can see a few of its moons as well.

    Pretty cool stuff if you like to star gaze.

    Lost track after #1.
    I've still got a 12" Orion dob telescope I dust off from time to time. I really like this time of year weather-wise for star gazing. Not too hot, not too cold, humidity usually low. Good stuff.

    Pictures like that amaze me, I have to avoid looking at images captured by the hubble telescope, I can spend wasted hours looking that those. This universe amazes me simple as that.

    I love the picture taken of a pinhole of thousands of galaxies.

    When the light we see from them left those galaxies, the Sun hadn’t yet formed. When the Earth itself was coalescing from countless specks of dust, that light still had half its journey here ahead of it.
