It was easy, just ran a bunch of cuts stair stepping up the pinch weld and then hammered it flat, still gotta take a heat gun to the fender liner tomorrow when my tires/wheels go on and use some self tapping screws to hold the inside edges down. Hardest part was hitting it with a hammer at that weird angle, as you can see I missed quite a few times hahaha

Got some rear height added to bring it back to sitting right and not Carolina Strutting, and got the new wheels and 37's on, also added a toytec shim to driver side to fix the lean

So that’s just bilstein 6112/5160 with the add a leaf and shims in the front? Did you do shackles? How do you like the ride quality? Exactly the stance I want and about to Pull the trigger

Yes, 6112 in the front on highest setting with one toytec shim on drivers side, 5160 in the rear with icon/deaver leaf expansion pack and a toytec aal. Stock shackles. Rides fine, feels like a truck haha.

I did the toytec aal today in addition to the 3 leaf expansion pack I originally put in as a stop gap for ass end sag. I keep the decked drawers and rack/rtt in the bed constantly as well as a full size spare so just giving the pack a boost. The expansion pack gives about 1.75" lift on it's own but with all the extra weight it was sagging some so I did the aal as well to bring it back to 1.75ish in the rear. Going full custom leaf pack down the road

You missed that pinch weld quite a bit. You probably swing that hammer like a girl.

    Kidding, Jordan. Hahahaha

Hahahaha, no doubt. I've got parts/methods/35s sitting waiting to go on, just haven't done it. So frustrating. Never enough time.
