Thanks for posting the video. I was going to wait until I could do the headers and a 3" exhaust, since I already have the BAM 8" system, but I may just have to do headers sooner now...

@Sting Ray I just got my JBA LT headers in a few days ago. I decided to buy mine once I saw your build post. I am going to tackle the installation within the next week or so. I was wondering if I could keep my stock mid-pipes, and just shorten my catbacks instead? It would be easier for my to cut and weld the cutbacks instead of trying to mod the mid pipes to keep my cats. What are your thoughts?

The headers Home farther back then the stock manifolds. You’ll need mid pipes. And what kind of cat back do you have? If it’s stock you’ll want something else it will sound “bad” with a stock muffler and headers.

I see. I will definitely get mid pipes and it will be from @dirtydeeds. I am using aftermarket catback from aFe, with dual outs. Thanks.

Sting Ray- very nice! I’d like to do the same mods to my truck. I’m curious how much the headers/exhaust/midpipe and cat work cost out the door. Thanks!

Honestly can’t remember but if you get a hold of Keith Carty over @dirtydeeds he can hook you up.

Sorry it’s been so long, do you still have midpipes laying around? Thanks
