I’ve finally had enough of the ticking. The stock manifolds have got to go.
That being said, I have no idea of what to look for in a bolt-on replacement header.
I found these JBAs but I don’t know if they want too much for them or if they’re even good quality (attached link).

    https://www.lceperformance.com/2000-2004-Toyota-Tundra-Sequoia-4-7L-JBA-Header-Ki-p/1046129.htm

I don’t know if the included gaskets are any good, but I read that MLS type gaskets are the best if anyone knows a set of those that will fit.
The rest of the exhaust is going to get done too, but this is the first step because it’s probably going to be the only part that I don’t have enough patience to do myself.
Any help or recommendations are appreciated. (I want them to bolt on directly in place of the stock manifolds, idc about the heat shields).

Headers are getting harder to come by for first gens it seems.

I put Doug Thorley headers on my '04 when the ticking finally got on my last nerve. They are worth a consideration because you can get them a little cheaper than those JBAs in your link. They are a mid length header, heavy gauge steel, exceptional quality.

They require a bit more effort to install because the factory mid pipes have to be cut a little shorter and new included flanges welded on. Any good exhaust shop can handle it.

I also used Toyota gaskets which are metal and replaced the studs and nuts as well.

Dirt Deeds injectors, Addco rear sway, AEM dry flow air filter, last ever set of Stan's Try-Y headers, Borla full custom exhaust, front level, wheel spacers, and lots of electronics.
That price is fair market. URD is around the same price for JBA shorties.

I agree with MLS gaskets and factory studs to make sure it's leak free. You can use either OEM gaskets or Mahle.

I just did this to my sons truck. I got 20% off on the the ceramic coated headers through Autozone online. Paid $609 for the titanium ceramic coated version deliver to my door. I replaced all of the nuts and the upstream and down steam O2 sensors with OEM Toyota Parts. Install labor is a killer.

Ended up finding the titanium coated JBAs on eBay for $550 (the last one left in stock apparently). Got the Mahle MLS gaskets on Amazon for $40. OEM studs, nuts and downpipe gaskets was around $150 (ouch). Hopefully it all arrives correctly and fits. Will probably get them installed next week.

Save yourself some trouble and ditch those aftermarket gaskets from Chinazon in favor of OEM.

JBAs don’t like oem multi layer steel gaskets, remflex is the way to go(on a 1stie)

Not a true flat surface of the raised ports, mine were super janky and the AIP ports were wayyyyyy off. The thicker remflex gaskets helped make up for the untrue surface

I’ve already bought them. I won’t be getting anymore parts unless they end up being made of pot metal.

I just ordered a set of JBA short tubes. Do you suggest remflex at the manifold and collector?

I thought it was Remflex at the manifold and Percy at the collector?

I’m sure the remmy would do just as fine as Percy at the collector
