Great looking 1794, really like the front grill design. Congrats!

I currently drive a 2012 tundra sr5 with 6” lift. I love it but time to upgrade. I am interested in a better ride quality, better interior, and better fuel efficiency. Would you say the ride is a considerable upgrade from your 14? Does it ride pretty quiet? I believe it’s supposed to have acoustic glass on the front windshield…?? MPG’s on the 1794?? Thanks for sharing and your truck looks awesome already. Can’t wait to see it after you customize!

Mike Sweers was asked ... What model are you planning to buy ? He replied ..the 1794 with TRD offroad package. I believe he wanted the hybrid version as well.

Nice truck and if not interested in Pro, this is the model to get. We'll see what the capstone offers above this ??!

@WPTundra1794 I haven’t driven it enough yet to get a good read on the gas mileage, but my 2014, with the lift and wheels drank gas. Will be curious to see this one, especially after I do the level and add the 35s.

This truck drives really nice. Much improved suspension and I have the OR, so not sure about the Air on the non-OR. I was very happy and had been driving a Yukon Denali with the magnetic ride before this truck.

Overall, this truck feels great. I was looking at a GMC, but just like the way Tundras steer / feel more. The turbo V6 is impressive and smooth- yes, the 2014 sounded better and I had the dual TRD exhaust on that one…so it should sound better.

I wonder if the longer bed has anything to do with ride quality. The 6.5 looks nice on your setup and trim but on others it doesn’t seem right. I am almost sold on the larger bed as well….

This is the first one where I feel like the dimensions all make sense. It is seriously making me reconsider the choice of the platinum. The OR package on it helps manage all of that 1794 chrome.

I agree. Was not considering the OR package or 6.5 bed but this looks really good.

How many days did you wait from build date to delivery date? I’m about an hour south of you in Olympia and ordered mine in Yakima.

The 1794 TRD OR in this video has the HUD? https://youtu.be/C7jf02ovF7o?t=599 10:00 minute mark. Is that what yours looks like?

Must have been pre production, that option kit is not available in any zip code I have seen or any build sheet in the US or CA.

No HUD. It wasn’t an available option, which I still think is weird and had on my last two vehicles. So far I don’t miss it, but still would rather have it than not.

TRD cast aluminum running boards are 1 week out. Will post after installed
