    They're fun to drive, until repairs are needed. My wife had a passat and that thing was the biggest POS we ever had. It cost me more money than all my other cars combined in a span of few years. If the check engine light wasn't on, I was wandering if the light bulb burned out.

    So did you sell it at Carmax?

    Sounds like everyone's had the same experiences with these vehicles. My mother has a q series, not sure how old it is but they bought it new and its close to paid off, but they're on transmission #3 and can't wait to get out of it. I kid you not, we all take my 2003 Sequoia up the grapevine to Dodgers games because they don't trust their vehicle. Ditch that pig and get one with a warranty if you like them
