I am being offered a 2014 4x4 Double cab Limited Tundra with 70k miles for $27,700 before taxes. It has an accident report on carfax but it seems like it was a minor one, looked at pics too and it wasn't too bad.

How is this deal considering mileage, trim and future resale value? Jump on it or wait out for something better?

I was trying to keep my budget under $30k

Seems high to me for a double cab, plus the accident would turn me away.
