Here’s a couple of pics. 5100 top setting and nothing done to the rear.

I’m still running the stock 285/55r20s that came with the TSS wheels.

No it has the stock TRD bilsteins on the rear, I did the fronts myself the cost was $198 plus I paid $65 for alignment I’m vary happy with how it turned out.

Thanks, now I'm confused. Top or middle setting. I ordered 5100's for the front and was going to leave the stock rear TRD Bilstein's. I have the TRD Sport Double Cab.

It sits dead even and sometimes it seems the front may be a smidge higher. I think it’s due to the front sway bar. I’m going to add a 9000lbs winch with hopes it brings the front down a little if not I’m going to add a 1” block to the rear. I’m running the stock TRD Shocks in the rear as well.

I honestly thought about this so damn much....

...and after riding in my stock platinum, riding in a leveled rig with 5100s, and riding in one with 6112s....

I really don't think it's worth it. I know those shocks are theoretically an "upgrade" but I found no difference. If I'm going to go down the rabbit hole of dealing with sensors, fucking up my warranty, etc., I'm going to go with a true suspension upgrade such as King/Fox/Elka. I was able to fit 275/75 rubber without it, and to me, it looks balanced. Just another opinion for you...

My truck drives and tracks dead nuts, my sensors have never gone haywire, and I just don't fuck with it. Maybe when the warranty is up or I need new shocks I'll consider it, but for now, a marginal change in height and ride quality is not worth it.

It’s definitely not worth it for the ride alone. You see almost no one upgrading their shocks to 5100s set to 0” lift. People switch them out because they want to level or lift their truck and it’s a safer way to do so, with less chance of catastrophic failure than spacer lifts.

LRO 3/1 kit. Upgraded the rear shocks too. No catastrophic failure either. Will switch to coilovers one day. Never liked 5100s, crappy ride imo.20180827_174108.jpg
